A series of seated exercises choreographed to music that exercise the whole body from head to toe in a fun and social way. Every muscle is worked, including the zygomaticus major muscles (the ones that make you smile). You will feel refreshed with improved mobility, strength, stamina and cognitive skills (men also welcome – I just don’t have a picture with them).
This is a low impact class that uses both exercise and dance movements in a choreographed sequence to music – using the body’s natural rhythm to enhance movement and choreography to music to develop memory.
2nd and 4th Thursday afternoons starting with a get-together on September 10th – your first class is FREE so you have nothing to lose – come along to Gt Doddington Memorial Hall and try it for yourself – you’ll feel all the better for it.
First Series of classes: 2.00 – 3.00pm on Thursdays 10th & 24th September, 8th & 22nd October and 12th & 26th November. £3.00 per class pay as you go.
